    This is my first job and this taught me discipline and to adjust in different work situations.
    The good thingsI like how friendly my workmates are. The innovators, QA patrols were approachable and they immediately fix the issues on the assembly line. The workplace is clean and they always reminds you to work safely and follow the standard procedures when working.
    The challengesSometimes we cannot meet the target output for the day due to downtimes. The target output is difficult to meet because there's no enough manpower that we go home so exhausted from work. Supervisors were insensitive and using words to humilate you when you commit a mistake on the line.

    The good thingsi enjoyed the part where there is no NG and they meet and exceed the target output in the line process....
    The challengesthe hardest part of my job is to get the countermeasures of the problem and implement the proposal recommendation in the line.

    The good thingsI LOve working in Ryonan, people there was kind, very friendly, respectful, every month there will be an awarding of certificates to those employee who did their best.. just like me i recieved the Best Employe of the month, and perfect attendee of the month..
    The challengesvery challenging? well...for me the very challenging part there is when you will be assigned in the warehouse just like me, and every month all the employees from warehouse will have a once a month inventory, and youll not going to do anything except counting and counting and counting..
