    The challengesThere is very little salary increase. No yearly and Christmas bonus. Very few allowances. No rewards or acknowledgements of good work. Too much workload in our team that we must render overtime during weekends and holidays to meet deadlines. There is also no opportunity for promotion.

    The good thingsThe good relationship and treatment of my employers irregardless of the position, human consideration and well being are their top priority and no wonder many employees stay for more than a decade. They wan to stay longer and loyalty is no question because they get paid what they worked for. The spirit of fun working together is very much alive.
    The challengesNothing we did not like. Challenges are part and parcel of the work nature. Sales target and operations standard maintenance are just one of them. But once we achieved both, we are more than compensated.
