    The good thingsThe company now provides work life balance! - 5 days in a week work, 2 days off - Free meal on your work schedule - Company event every 2 months - Different team building activities - Friendly environment, and had a chance to know other Asian Cultures as well
    The challengesIt's operation is 24/7, so it may require you to work on the graveyard shift and shifting schedule every month, Also, you have work on weekend.

    The good thingsThe company will give you an opportunity to grow as an individual. Aside from giving a competitive salary based on market norms. It also provides work - life balance by initiating different activities that employees will surely enjoy. They have quarterly dinner, movie block screening, different parties and many more! They provide a free meal on your work schedule as well, it will not just help you with your daily expenses, but will also ease your stress for looking where to eat.

    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed most here is that you will have the chance to meet new people (colleagues) from different countries. Also, with the allowance they have, some how you can earn your profit wisely.
    The challengesMaybe the only better thing they can change regarding their management is the work schedule. It was really hard working for 10hours for 6days. 10hours is tolerable but it would kill your social life specifically.

    The good thingsThe free meal makes the difference in every other Company. As a competitive company, SBO has the extra ordinary mile to make their employees do more. The staffs works in a different culture but its amazing how they make things normal like local does. Its very nice to have this bonding even they have this different views in life. More importantly, they know how to listen to every employees inquiry.
    The challengesThey will make every employee work more than normal. Hence, the company is great compare to others. They are very strict and a good critic to every task you will have. They will teach to learn that skill in a stage that you will not just know and learn, but very good and PRO with the task. It will make you realize that you can perform more than what you usually do and will lead you to success.
