    Overall highly recommended
The good thingsThe company has work-life balance that gives the employees a chance to get out from a stressful work. They also provide shuttle service that is very beneficial and with a competitive salary and benefits.

Solid work/life balance with great benefits
The good thingsRLI has been the only employer that has provided me with a decent work/life balance. I'm not every overwhelmed by the amount of work I have on a typical workday; it's all very manageable. I feel supported by my manager and my team is easy to get along with. I'd recommend working here to anyone.

People are okay but job is boring
The good thingsI really enjoyed being with the employees especially in my department (Warehouse and Logistics Dept.) because they are very diverse and friendly.
The challengesThose of high authority could not care less about the state of their employees and even treats them unjustly. The company is small and is undermanned so the workload of each member of the department is very stressful. They rely on extra help of interns especially when someone of high importance to the process is not present. Moreover, comparing to the other companies, they also reward their employees poorly.

    Outdated Management Approach
The good thingsManagers are really approachable. People are nice
The challengesOwners are actually really difficult to deal with. Their egos come first before the company.

Health is Wealth... Stress Gives you Bad Health...So Better Avoid or Eliminate Those Causing You More Stress...
The good thingsSalary & benefits maybe better than other companies, yet it is not worth the stress & the treatment you will get.
The challengesThe management is the biggest challenge you will ever meet. But thanks to them, I can easily conquer other work challenges.

Pretty bad if you're not in their 'bread and butter' department
The good thingsThe people are awesome and they're very friendly. Also you get a free shuttle service and free parking if you have a car.
The challengesIf you're working directly under the management, might as well look for another job.
