    The good thingsThe experience in accounting, audit and other financial services will really equip and expose the employee to Philippine business environment. Sound business decisions will be taught in practical ways.
    The challengesThere should have been more employees in a particular engagement with longer timelines in order to meet the audit objectives. Appropriate seminars and trainings will help equip the employees to obtain more satisfactory output.
