    START UP COMPANY WITH QUALITY STANDARD
    The good thingsI look highly with how the company follows a specific core values and the management really look over their employees in regards with employee relations and other activities where you can enjoy being the company without feeling overworked.
    The challengesThe company only offers 5 days of SIL, the healthcare card's inclusion is very limited and does not allow you to have dependents. Some qualifications for a vacant position are way too high, yet the pay offer does not seem to suffice.

    The challengesThe Challenges on the company was some of the employee lacks the motive to succeed more, lackadaisical. Our Management were willing to give seminars and training in order to develop our people.

Employer is very kind and heartwarming, he treats his employees equal and fair. The bosses are also very supportive and kind as well.
