    I was able to speak in front of people, I have overcome my fear of speaking in front of a huge amount of people.
    The good thingsI made friends, and I was able to work under pressure. I was the project in charge for Wells Fargo. My job description was to make sure that the workers placed the wirings correctly. I also made sure that each week for the toolbox meeting, that there is progress from the following week.
    The challengesThe workers were not able to give the benefits that they had promised. Our salaries for over time woking was not yet given to us.

    The good thingsThe project manager give all the work to me to handle the project,request of material and supervision of workers and attend all meetings.
    The challengesThe owner should ask the lower position or ask the status of its lower employee.to get more information what is happening with the project.they should involved in the meeting if their is in order for them informed with the situation of its worker,they should not only rely to the people who they think are in charged.
