    Challenge at the all times but we need to fight.

    The good thingsTraining here is the best because they let you to enhance your skill by doing it by your own way after the training session. The salary here is good, every year increase. As a Production Engineer my entry level was Probitionary and after 6months they will evaluate if you will be a regular employee. once you become a regular employee, you receive all benefits but no increase in your salary.Thanks
    The challengesThe challenging part I encountered here when I was able to study MasterCam CAD/CAM Systems with my own approach. With the help of my co-workers about the process of MC Machine I was able to understand how to program it and practice everyday even sometimes it was wrong.No one checks my program so I should 100% check it after I give it to the operator.
