    Difficult and very challenging experience but this are the reason why I improved my skill and knowledge as a leader.
    The good thingsI think the things I like most is being a Group leader because being a leader is a very challenging role you always be a good role model to your member and also you always need think something that will help your group to always meeting the target without quality feedback.
    The challengesI think the things I don't like in this company is the salary increase.

    Good for entry level, compensation is good.
    The good thingsCo-workers are nice. Shuttle, uniforms, canteen, dinner meeting quarterly, mid year & year-end bonuses are provided. OT is always paid. Yearly base salary increase.
    The challengesIt takes 4 to 6 years in average to be promoted from entry level Engineer into Engineer Specialist 3. Minimal training outside the company. Long working hours. 4days work 2 days RD continuously. 12 hours/day

    The good thingsI feel the love and concern of the company to all employees, Good benefits and Salary.All employees are approachable.
    The challengesActually challenges are tolerable,we have quota to reach, but the only reason why we cannot reach the quota is because when machine has a problem but we have good maintenance that quickly response and fix the machine problem.

    The challengesStill working during pandemic however our company provided hotel accommodation plus 1200 pesos daily allowance even during rest day.

I hae received various president awards due to the improvements I have applied and developed with the support of my colleuages and management. And I eas given the chance to become a Polution Control Officer and certified Safety practitioner of the company and assigned in various position in the Environmental Managemant dystem and of the Central health and safety committee of the company
