    If you just started working, this is a great place to jumpstart your career. You get to learn and interact with knowledgeable people. I was able to meet consultants from PH and abroad which is not common to other companies.

They know how to build loyalty and trust towards their employees. Leaders in this organization are willing to teach new employees 100% of the time, teach you good working habits, and promote hump day activities. Plus, the company and its employees know how to pull off ASAP level Christmas parties.
    The challenges1. HMO - There's no HMO provider in this company however, they will allow you to reimburse just about the same things you would charge to your typical HMO. 2. They don't have a company phone but they will allow you to use the landline to call clients here and abroad. 3. Lesser opportunity for career development since they only have a few projects to date.
