The challengesI think some managers here ought to be replaced with young ones with fresh ideas. A toy retailer should be managed with someone who is genuinely interested in toys and has the quirk to think of innovative and out-of-the-box things that is like-it-or-not, usually found in younger managers. Also, a certain department head should stop micromanaging everyone under her and just let the supervisors grow
