Not a bad startThe good thingsThe working environment is generally nice, its not toxic and everyone is friends with everyone. People in the office are very friendly and accomodating especially to newbies, and you won't feel left out since everyone belongs. You may also customize your work space, given that you maintain cleanliness at all times. As long as you are disciplined at your job and meet deadlines, this job would be really great since the good working environment is a big deciding factor for some. Its almost always good vibes here. Employees also get a sizable discount in the brands they work for as a benefit. Big plus!
The challengesWhile the environment is great, career-wise, growth might be a little slow. The starting pay is also pretty good, but you don't really go much from there. The office could also use a nice revamp, a little makeover just to keep things modern- this is not really a big deal and no company is perfect, but it would be nice if the mood/environment matches the aesthetic of the place, especially since we work in the fashion division. I also expected to be able to use my creativity in the job, but other than project management and organizing, creative freedom has little place here. Don't get me wrong, you can still be artsy and work here. But let's just say you'll be shifting your focus more on being more organized and on time for deadlines than being actually artistic and creative (eg. graphics design). You can still be creative in decorating your table, though. Lastly, the super long working hours are not so good especially if you live far.
