    The good thingsGood start-up job for a fresh graduate. Diverse activities for my position.
    The challengesOne may become counter productive due to insufficient resources issued to you. In my 9 months stay, I was never issued a laptop or a desktop for working. I was not even issued my own company e-mail. The 10.5 hour daily shift could be really exhausting. The physical environment makes it psychologically challenging because there are no windows in the main office.

    I was part of pioneer team of opening branch unfortunately the supervisor on cashier was not able to make a decision on giving us appropriate shifting schedule and have a good training experience beforehand and not bad for employees health so we and most of us feel exhausted at the same time

    The challengesThe unnecessary thing about stolen money, that makes us search and delays on heading home and having a hard and over time of working spending like 7 am until 1 am
