    Not a good working place
    The good thingsI have a great direct manager
    The challenges- Company is disorganized - Very traditional - Lacks personnel and expect to wear many hats outside your actual job description and responsibilities - Culture is terrible and very toxic. I never got involved in the rumors and crab mentality, however, you would hear a lot talking about each other, demeriting other people behind their backs, and competing in a negative way. It would have been better if the environment was more positive and support for each other including healthy collaboration was encouraged. - No opportunity for growth and learning. - Basic offer and benefits

    Overshadowed by Poor Management
    The good things-Friendly teamates,most are willing to extend help to achieve the goal -No work on weekend
    The challengesMost team members and group i belonged before have an optimistic attitude, they are very helpful and are all willing to expand their skills but it is being overshadowed by the management's lack of strong support to the ideas of each team and can drag down the whole motivation of the department. There are too much office politics and indecisiveness going on.

    The good thingsDaiso gives opportunity to people even if your under grad. They look to your performance not to your degree.
    The challengesIt was my first time being a supervisor, so its very challenging to me. But my superiors didnt let feel that it was hard as a first timer. They help grow as a new person.

    Its still good but when it comes to benefits of a regular employee, i'm not satisfied and they only promote a regular employee if he/ she's a college graduate

    The good thingsSupportive and fun creative team. No matter how full of work your week might have, the team never let's you down. They make sure that we help each other and grow together as a team or as a family. No one will be left behind.
    The challengesYou'll be able to experience communicating with different suppliers regarding the projects you're handling. Job orders with different type of departments such as Home, Fashion, Food, Tools, Pets, and so on. You'll be able to work with the procurement and marketing team as well. Working on marketing collaterals and store openings.
