    The challengesThere is a need to improve workplace culture in certain departments, too toxic to the point where you just lose the motivation to go to work. Management is made aware of it, yet they repeatedly choose to ignore it. Success is not only measured by profitability, but also the employees' job satisfaction and well-being.

    A great foundation to start your banking career.
    The good thingsFirst of all, the locaton is near from my residence. Second, the starting salary is good for a fresh graduate. Lastly, the officers/colleagues are down to earth and professional people.
    The challengesFirst day of work, you will be directed to your bank branch to practice the normal duty you would do, as a first timer it would be intimidating but I guest it is a great start to build your confidence and be independent to understand the practice inside the bank because you will be expose automatically to the day to day process of banking.

    A great working environment
    The good thingseasy to learn procedures/ processes and systems.work environment. You will feel that you belong bec the company has a sort of culture that makes you feel you are connected to all department and retail branches rather than a competing. Rbank likes to make a culture that even upper management people are easy to approach and this also extends to their customer relationship management. You will feel you are growing coz you will really get to know how the branch operates. your learning is not restricted only to your function. sometimes you'd even know and learn what your officer does. Rbank also trusts their CSRs unlike other banks who leave majority of the responsibilities to the officers. at RBank you'd actually sometimes feel that you're part of the decision making and that you're always involved. you'l really feel that youre a banker\, not just a worker in bank.
    The challengesCareer growth and promotions. this area needs to be improved as well. i think RBank has to be creative on how they plan the career growth of their employees. employees seek stability and growth.this is important in keeping their people. I guess Rbank is still growing, there's lil bit more need of improvement in compensation & benefits..they need to raise their game and make it more competitive.

    Working here will not help me to grow more working this is my 2nd work and Im comparing it on my first job.
    The good thingsThere is a task that will be assigned to you and you'll need to finish by the end of the day. Some employers are approachable.
    The challengesThey don't know how to collaborate with new employee treating them like others. You'll feel out of place that causes unfocused on work.

    The good thingsThe office building is situated near a shopping mall that has a variety of restaurants to eat and a terminal of UV express going in different places.
    The challengesOther departments interfere the process of the department I was assigned that makes our tasks complicating and unsolvable. The other departments work only for their personal interest and skip important processes that creates more problems.

    The good thingsStaff are friendly and considerate. They are willing to teach the company's culture and they gave importance to their interns. Learning experience is worthwhile and fun colleagues.
    The challengesChallenge is the travel since office is located in Ortigas. Also, there is no allowance for interns. No regrets anyway.
