    Research what its like working for a family run corporation.
    The good thingsEmployees are very kind. WFH setup. Open communication.
    The challengesNo backup. Expect to have additional work anytime. Ask yourself if the company culture is a fit to you. Management can't accept feedback but imposes a intense scorecard to its employees. Employee engagement program is impossible to happen.
