    The good thingsHonestly, I love my job here, i love the way i do my task here, the process, the management, the environment, the loan products except of the salary scale.
    The challengesThe challenges I've faced here, is the unfavorable salary treatment of the employee. The operations head offer us a salary of 8,500 monthly w/ Health Care Insurance, Dental and Optical Allowance worth 5000. But newly hired employee was offered 10,000 monthly w/ Health Care Insurance, Dental and Optical Allowance worth 5000. This situation made me drop my tears all of a sudden.
