    The good thingsI’m truly grateful to be part of a company that genuinely values its people. Our upper management team is kind, supportive, and very understanding. They listen, provide guidance, and create a positive work environment where everyone feels respected and heard. The company also offers excellent benefits such as work-from-home flexibility, loyalty bonuses, 14th month pay, sick leave cash conversion, optical allowance, and annual performance increases, among many others. These benefits show how much the company appreciates and invests in its employees. Overall, this is a supportive, well-managed company and a fantastic place to build a long-term career in software development. The leadership team encourages continuous learning, provides opportunities to grow, and supports professional development.
    The challengesThe only minor challenge is that we sometimes have many online meetings - but this is understandable since we are working from home. Having a monthly face-to-face meeting is perfect for connecting with colleagues and collaborating in person.

    Great company to work with along with great teammates!
    The good thingsThe company ensures work-life balance for the employees. Salary is competitive, there are also other benefits once you become a regular employee such as the extra rest day.
    The challengesSince we are working remotely, there can be a time that work collaboration might be a challenge. But the employees here are always approachable so it is easy to ask them for a call or a meeting
