    I enjoyed the experience that I gained from working in RipeConcepts, Inc.
    The good thingsAs newcomers, we were given fair opportunities with the returnees to work on more specialized tasks as long as our performance was good.
    The challengesWe were challenged to finish as many designs as possible in a day, along with providing satisfaction to the customers' design needs.

    The challengesThe manager for the account that I was working on brings other teammates down. The company in whole does not care about the employees. They care more about keeping their job not of the other employees lower than them.

    I had a bet of problem at first but as time past I got comfortable.
    The good thingsThey take care of their employee and respect your way being an artist. And one of the great thing is that they strive to give employee the feeling of being part of the family.
    The challengesMy challenge is not on the company but to the companies client asking to much so we are force to work extra long hours just to finish the project.

    First two weeks of training then everyday routinary work.
    The good thingsMy Team Lead did their best in our training and it turns out to be exactly the same as what we've learned and it's fair to say the work here is on average level but repetitive. The training is really helping me as a worker because it carries on to the next job that I'm going for.
    The challengesThe working hours here is very different and at times, we work on weekends and holidays. They're actually paying the exact amount based on how many hours we complied but the work/life balance will really mess you up. I recommend working here with no other part-time jobs.

    Amazing Experience
    The good thingsI enjoy working with RipeConcepts since their training enhance my knowledge in Designing. For me, it was a good start to start my working experience with the company, though i wasn't able to extend my contract with them but the experience with them was amazing.
    The challengesThe Challenges was to break your own record and to hit the daily target. Though it was difficult to do it but i enjoyed the experience, especially i belong to a great team which always motivate me to work hard while enjoying.

    Working there never felt boring or tedious.
    The good thingsEverything! from the environment to the workstations, the team leads and the coworkers. I really enjoyed my stay there during the 6 months of contractual work.

    The good thingsThe management are very nice and approachable. Nice people and very enthusiastic. My workmates are very passionate on their work. The also cooperates with the lead as well as respects each decisions made.
    The challengesI find it challenging working at night shift since I live an hour away from the city. But, the big thing I like is that, they offer high salary mostly to night shift-night differential is a great plus. And more freebies including lunch and snacks.
