Started great but not as of the moment. The good thingsWhen I started, there were many great things the company has provided. Accommodation, free meals, transportation to the site, free medical and hospitalization, great facilities for recreational activities. The work itself was also good as all personnel treat each other like brothers where everybody can learn.
The challengesAs the years went on, the management implemented various changes. These changes have been felt on the lowest level of the organization.
1. They are focused on reducing manpower to reduce their expenses. Everytime someone resigns or retires, they do not hire a replacement, they pass the responsibility to the ones left in the office without proper compensation.
2. Some managers don't act like professionals. They promote only those who are "malakas" to them and give a hard time to those who are not. Even reporting to work wearing slippers.
3. The management strictly implements their cost-cutting initiative and demands high productivity.
