    Toxic environment and really bad onboarding process
    The good thingsI really can't think of any. That's how bad my experience is.
    The challengesTraining is bad and people either have no patience or either too busy to teach you anything. Then they will blame you if you fell short. I don't know if it's the same in other departments, but I can say it's a fact for sure with the Digital Marketing department.

    The challengesThey are the kind of company that oversell their reputation for “being amazing to people” upon initial interview. But completely underdeliver in how they conduct the process of hiring such people. Surprisingly inconsiderate.

    The challenges- It is not really the company that’s challenging. I would say it is the work itself because sales is really difficult. All in all, I would like to go back there if ever I get another chance.

    The good thingsFantastic place to be, people are great, and you get assistance on any kind of help you need. They also help you to grow in the company, and me as a bilingual I felt, that I was in good hands.
    The challengesSome few managers, had a problem with Bilinguals, probably the salary gab. And due to that, there has been issues, and warning given to managers for mistreatment. Lastly the internal HR should be more invested in.. They have a lot of money and yet they are understaffed.

These accomplishments also come with equal measure of outstanding performance and RingCentral makes sure that financial compensation is competitive. The Leaders in RingCentral listen to their front liners. They are open to suggestions and are willing to make sure that employees are taken care of. RingCentral is a fun place to work in - we have quarterly events, theme days, outings... After more than 10 years of being in the industry, I have to admit, this is the best place I've ever been a part of.
    The challengesChange. It's a general life challenge but it since we are essentially in the technology industry, we are constantly improving platforms - changing processes, interface, and how we deliver the products to clients and prospects.

I have been consistently impressed with the investment RingCentral makes with us, our people, in making us better at our jobs and creating career paths for those interested in career advancement. RingCentral is a place with energy and with a healthy impatience for improvement. The executives are aligned and with a good vision of the current state and the future.

    Great People, great environment, great management
    The good things1. You get to receive two (2) big Xmas baskets every Christmas 2. There are lots of perks to receive associated with performance 3. Plenty of outings, team buildings and parties for the young ages 4. Above average salary
    The challengesThe multiple VOIP network issues being encountered from time to time which depends on either the network itself or the carrier. Aside from that all other troubleshooting processes are an easy fix.
