    A start-up company that is linked to an advocacy
    The good thingsKnowing that the company is geared towards helping the poor. It helps the individual who works here to appreciate "work in general" better. It provides a double-edged purpose of what working ideally should be.
    The challengesThe limitations of a start-up, with having a limited budget to work on. Which converts to limited staff. There's so many things to improve and to work on.

    The good thingsMy employers are generous and considerate. It's the reason working for them is quite fun. Makes you look forward to each and every day!
    The challengesAll companies have challenges, for us right now we need a separate mess hall but we are still growing so you never know.
