It is not as structured compared to other companies in terms of hierarchy thus any one from the office can easily access the office of the president. The company is more than willing to provide loans for its employees who needs financial assistance.
The challengesI wish the company would establish a better system and protocol. Also, the system that is currently being used in the 201 and what not are very much outdated thus, it creates problem and decreases the efficiency of the employees.
