    Plenty of new experiences but working environment is quite toxic.
    The good thingsThere were friendly co-workers and supervisors, that was until they resigned. Safe location, easy access.
    The challengesNot much room to grow, not really a place where you'd stay for the long run. Toxic working environment, very unprofessional, and unacceptable behaviour of department heads, supervisors. Questionable business practices.

    Full of knowledge for both professional and personal.
    The good thingsHow they provide opportunities to different people based on what they need to develop. They also help you to complete your task. They have long patience and not easily angered. (This is only based on my experience with the department I am into.)
    The challengesJust the pressure and deadlines. And also some of the employees and managers who are always pointing in others' mistakes but didn't see theirs.

    You'll never know what to expect
    The good thingsEmployer is very supportive of your ideas, always has an open mind in your opinion, accepts the reality of the business, they seems to understand the current business situation that they will give you a tap on the shoulder when objective are met, they give the people to have the opportunity to grow, gives people training and provide international business trip to learn more about the product.
    The challengesThe challenges that I am facing is now is to how to reach my target amidst the growing competitions, scarcity of getting effective front liners, effective executions of marketing plans and strategies, consistency in getting the correct inventory at the right time, effective promotions that will be very attractive to the consumer.

    Professional Workplace for Personal Growth and Success
    The good thingsI have enjoyed working in this company because I have experienced a variety of work. Aside from my job description which is designing in the office, I was able to experience participating in events and promotions which enables me to meet with other people outside the office. Benefits and bonuses was great. The bosses are nice and approachable. Office rooms are organized and well maintained.
    The challengesConsidering that I am part of the Marketing Department, there are a lot of work loads, deadlines to be met. There are also a lot of outside office events, like mall events for the product promotions. So consider that there will be overtime to meet the schedules needed. But overall, I enjoyed my stay in this company and will definitely recommend this company to others.
