    I worked as software enginner that responsible for customizing sytem as per clients need. I have learned and used C/AL (Client/server Application Language) for customizing system.
    The good thingsI've enjoy working here because I've learned a lot of experience. And one thing I like about here in RSA, we work as a team, no competition, we work as one.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge working on every company is pressure. Here in RSA I've learned how to handle pressure and also how to manage time in order to accomplished every task.

    The good thingsThe people are easy to bond with and you'll feel more likely being with a family with brilliant minds and will give you a room for improvement. Also, what I like the most are the challenges especially towards work.

    The challengesThere's not much challenge aside from how are you going to reinvent yourself in order to be technically competitive in this type of industry which is an IT industry.

    The good thingsSince this is a Swedish-owned company, its not hard for me to deal with Europeans the way they manage employees. The CEO including the managers are VERY approachable. For fellow workmates, we're enjoying our company.

    Not so good yet not so bad
    The good thingsCompensation wise RSA is better than my previous company. Workload, in my positions point of view, is doable and stress can be handled.
    The challengesThe environment is not so good specially there are people in here who doesn't know how to accept constructive criticism. Hopefully, the management, on the other hand, can handle the projects and resources in a more strategic way so either big or small accounts will be handled properly. The Administrative and Human resource part is disastrous. There is no proper process and systematic procedure for administrative requests, hiring of applicants, handling of employees concern and government transactions.

    The good thingsThe Training provided is Good, there are videos provided and my coworkers are approachable. They sometimes provide training for areas needed to efficiently assist clients and can easily approach them for their opinion regarding a specific issue.
    The challengesAs support, there are times that client will not reply to your inquiries or follow up. When this happens you either look for someone who needs help or re-watch training videos. Also, some tasks assigned can be considered as out of scope for our job description.

    Its fun to work with a group of people with one goal, Its a very unforgettable experience or should I say awesome company all you need is here ,from benefits and good environment also all CEO/President and managers are kind and understanding
    The good thingsCompensation and benefits are great. There are opportunities to expand learning in process through training. There are non-work activities to promote work-life balance. Facilities with entertainment helps employees relieve stress from workload. Working environment is friendly, not entitled and bossy.The challenges Salary is average and achievements are not as rewarding as other companies. There could be have been more to give to employees who are deserving but compensation is in average.
