One of the best place to work
The good thingsEverything except the idea of their hiring which requires that applicants should be a born again to gain an advantage.
The challengesSome people who are in higher positions have this bad habit of counting hours and not producing the right quality effort for their tasks. Some would even consume their work hours to have their personal shenanigans. Some people have no contact nor performance review reason for their outputs to be affected which marks an impact to the overall services of the company.

I learned to appreciate everything that I can see through my eyes.
The good thingsI enjoyed working and teaching to children with multiple disabilities and visual impairment. I realized that there are a lot of things that I should be thankful for to God. The company trained me well to understand the needs and uniqueness of children with special needs. I enjoyed watching them eager to learn simple things. It was fulfilling job for me. They inspired me so much.
    The challengesnot well compensated
