    Not for a Long-Term career
The good thingsFlexible working hours Work from home setup (even before the pandemic) 80% nice colleagues Approachable and understanding Team Leads Chill working environment
The challengesPoints for improvement: Expand analyst teams to meet rising targets Invest in solid IT infrastructure (Work tools, equipment, etc) Show consistency in implementing rules (address gray areas) Streamline protocols and procedures (disseminate changes to staff properly) Monitor employees’ behavior and actions (especially in official work communication chats)

The company values proper company practices.
The good thingsThe people are very pleasant and I enjoy knowing that the work I did was contributing to a noble cause. Based from my observation, RepRisk encourages legal and sustainable corporate practices, and helps connect firms to trustworthy entities.
The challengesI worked as a data analyst, and the challenge I faced was figuring out how to deal with a clerical task.

    Growth
The good thingsFlexible schedule, benefits, approachable team leads and analysts in local and global hub.
The challengesSuperiority of some long tenured analysts resulting to no disciplinary measures at the office, slow laptops, late salary and slow career growth.

    I expected too much...
The good thingsThe thing I like about the company is the flexible schedule. You'll avoid salary deduction because of tardiness.
The challengesWith the scope of my work, seems like there isn't much of growth. I don't feel challenged at all and every day, I feel like I am not learning anything. It is a small office, but seems like there's no bond between the employees.

    Not good
    The good thingsPeople. Colleagues.
The challengesOpen space. Cramped space. No pedestals. No own sink, have to wash dishes/utensils at the restrooms. No disciplanary procedures in place, jut accuses its employees and no investigations are conducted. \"Flexi timr\" Earliest time you can leave is at 6:30 pm or 7:30 pm, depends on DTS.
