Weak startThe good thingsThe people who work here are very nice people. They welcome everybody with open arms. They don't criticize your background, rather they look to where you are going to be better suited. Keep in mind that even though this is a small company, there are lots of people who are employed here, but they don't discriminate if you're with the parent company or the affiliate. Everybody is treated fairly.
The challengesThe operations department need a lot of work. Most of the time, the requests to further improve the facilities are ignored or often put aside by the management. People in operations would usually shell out their own cash to fix small problems in the station rather than request it from the head office and take it a lot longer to finish.
