Do not work here if you value your time and effort. Say goodbye to your free time. You'll be walking on eggshells most of the time, trying to avoid getting a PIP.
The good thingsThe WFH arrangement and 21 day leave credits and HMO.
The challengesA lot of backstabbing and office politics. Doing more for so much less. They expect you to do more without any form of promotion. The Senior director and managers expect their team to perform way beyond the scope of their responsibility. Mandatory Rest day overtimes without 'urgent need' is a joke.

The Golden Days of REPH was already over. I won't recommend working here.
The good thingsGood WFH arrangement but given the current Managing Director, I think it will not going to be implemented the same forever
The challengesThe Senior Leadership including its Managing Director. They're always pushing for cost savings to the expense of their employees' Mental Health and work and life balance. It is beginning to become counterproductive. They're now working on reducing the headcount to offset their expenditures on their AI initiatives. I feel that creating CI projects/automations here backfires as they are teams that are being downsized not only because of the benefits of the automation but also, savings. Also, Editorial Operations is the worst department so far as I've known a lot of backstabbing of their employees which can be frustrating and becomes a hostile working environment.

The challengesThey won't offer you better options, you always have to ask for it.
