    my work experience here is excellent.
    The good thingsthe good things are free food, free house, etc. except signal.
    The challengesNo signal and the dust particle sorrounds you day and night. no matter what safety mask you wear. your eyes will be contaminated with those nickel. so hard. I'm just thinking my lungs and eyes if I'm longer to keep going my work.

    Awesome Experience
    The good thingsThis company gives importance to their employees. They give us what they think can help us improve our skills in managing the stress in doing our responsibilities as their employees. In connection with the personal aspect, Redviper VDC evaluate the needs of their employee in terms of financial & family matters, although not all of us has been given this kind of benefits, I know RVDC is best.
    The challengesDifficulties in this company were not that bad. It is just this company just started & their is no system to follow everyone do their duties base on what they know is best & base also on their experience. I think this is just normal for a company which is new & just started. In terms of selection of applicants this company gives priorities to more experience individual not the the new graduates
