    The good thingsthey are very hands on to their employee. friendly environment and you can learn more even if it is under pressure.
    The challengeschallenging part is how you deal to the customers because most of the time foreigners are their clients but still it's a great experience and you can learn how to deal with others and you can learn how to stay calm and low temper.
