    The challengesWhat I didn't like about working here was changing the biscuit production because you need to know how many stoves to cook the biscuits and also you need to know what heat level you need.

    The good thingsSystem Driven Processes. The owner puts the culture of family oriented in a higher level. Which is felt by every employee from assistant, ranks, up to the top management position, even if they are already retired.
    The challengesAs for my position, I need to cater 5 rebisco plants with 5 different sets of engineering staff and heads. Its very challenging, but manageable.
