    Working with a conservative culture company taught me to be more exploratory, to exert more effort to view challenges in a bigger picture!
    The good thingsUpper management usually appreciates employees who have been working with them for more than 5 years and more!
    The challengesThe Chinese Corporate Culture here is somewhat conservative. Sometimes, upper management is NOT that open to new changes particularly in the corporate setting.

    The culture and learning experience
    The good thingsThe culture and learning experience is excellent! There is a lot of emphasis on the nature of being a good real estate agent and a lot of information about the details of dealing with customers and clients. I learned many good things and thankful for the opportunity to be involved. Giving back to the community was excellent and a top priority of the company. I had other interests and choose not to pursue a career with the company.

    The good thingsIt's like a 2nd family...I actually care about my work family as much as my real family. I've learned more working here than I ever will going to any collegel. I value that fact and look forward to continuing to learn.
    The challengesYes, our jobs are demanding, but I love that I'm making a difference in people's lives and that I am of valuable service to them. Some people are easier to serve than others, but it is rewarding when we can all meet the same goal.

    Great place but can be stressful
    The good thingsA great team seems to be almost a universal thing! I’ve made some really great friends. It’s insane that you can work on a team of 100 or so people and like 80-odd of them would already be your good friends
    The challengesIf you’re interested in a creative position, Good Luck, those very rarely come up, and positions seem to be universally taken up by people who’ve worked for the company for 3+ years
