    Worst company to work for
The good thingsWork from home AU time
The challengesNo growth You'll be transfered to a different group then will drop you once they no longer need you No direction No matter how much they say that they are people centric, know that it is a sham Unli-restructure so know that there is NO stability in this company unless you are a lead

    No Career Growth,lacks promotion
The good thingsPeople are great to work with
The challengesNo Career growth. No room for promotion. Lack of training. They don't listen to employees concerns. They put you in a diff. work position without giving you a heads up about your new work responsibilities. They hire employees outside instead of promoting older employees.

A progressive prop tech company that offers great opportunities
The good thingsThe company values its employees. Progressive and improved a lot from the past few years. Challeging yet fulfilling.
The challengesSome processes are not yet in placed/established but workable because of the supportive top management.

The good thingsThere are only a few employees, so it is easy to interact with others.
The challengesNothing much, so I'm rating it low for challenges. I only do the bare minimum tasks as an Intern, so my learning is not that much.

The management is not good in decision making
The good thingsThe workmates are kind and approachable.
The challengesNo career growth as they prefer to hire externally. VERY STRESSFUL WORK. Our team lead is not reliable and helpful. When you resigned and rendering, they will not give the perks and benefits even if you are still employed.

Thanks for providing me with great experience!
The good thingsEveryone was friendly! :) I learned so much from them!
The challengesCould have had better documentation with setting up. Ran into issues setting up their software and apparently there were steps that were inverted which is why I had trouble at the start.

    A gRT place to work!
The good thingsThe management really cares about their employees. They consider the needs and welfare of each and everyone. Giving leave credits for COVID is not a thing with other companies but it is given for quarantined employees. COVID Vaccination leave credits are also provided! In addition to the above, they ensure our safety by always checking our health status. Lastly, working from home since pandemic is one of the things that really matters for me as I really afraid to travel given the situation.
The challengesThe Company is still building its strength and it will really take time as it is only 5 years in the industry however, given that for a short period of time it grew a lot and it has more than 100 employees now, I believe that the company will really have a stronger structure.

Realtair is the best company I've worked for
The good thingsYou'll feel that you're more than just a number and they have "malasakit" especially during the pandemic, not only for you but for your family as well. Realtair also offer life changing opportunities for people who wants to achieve more in their career and wants to define their own career path. Lastly, love the perks! They even cover my Netflix subscription.
The challengesIf you prefer working for the usual 8 to 5 company wherein all you have to do is log in, do your thing, and log out, this is not the right fit for you.

For the committed and driven to succeed.
The good thingsBlessed to have Sr. Managers who listen, are considerate, teaches you new things, and challenge you to do things better. Current benefits are just for me, but I particularly love the Professional Enrichment Program. Under the Customer Operations side, we try our best to keep things under control, recognize, and empower people. Overseas teammates are nice and are always willing to help. If you have a positive mindset and drive to succeed, you will really thrive in this company. Salary is being credited 2-3 days earlier. Regular theme days, kick-off events. Collaborative way of working and open-door policy. Even at a Managerial level, surely there are still new things to learn which keep you stimulated. The people under my team are receptive to feedback and do things because they realize the value of what they're doing.
The challengesI'm more of a mid-shift type of person but with having a shift that's in the morning and feeling the normal, regular life in the day, what more can I ask for? We have engagement and performance appraisal activities in place that I feel can be further diversified and developed, but I know the company is already working hard towards it.

    No direction, business > people
The good thingsColleagues/teammates are approachable and accommodating
The challengeshere's a glimpse: - no to little chance of your contribution being seen and appreciated - upper management is pro management. they empathize but thats just it. no actions. don't even expect that much from the "decision makers". they pass your feedbacks to each other but no effective actions taken ;) - do expect unli work + thank you - gives the bare minimum - management itself is unorganised. endless restructure, expect that you'll be assigned (pulled) on diff team/s from the other - "performance bonuses" are meh pro tip if you get in: learn to say no, and question the unreasonable and unfair things. if you wouldn't, then good luck and take care of yourself.

    Don't waste your time here
The good thingsYou will be working with great and kind colleagues (not all). If you're ok working for a company that is following AU time then you can give it a try.
The challengesThey don't care if you tell them that things cannot be done. If it's impossible to meet their deadline (without consulting the team for estimates) then you should adjust by rendering extra hours. OT seems to be a way of life in this company. Zero work life balance. Management seems to listen to your problems but won't do anything about it.

Not a good place to work
The good thingsPerks? Au time. I was lucky my lead was very kind. She's probably the only person I can trust in the company. Unfortunate for them if she leaves the company.
The challengesNever ending structure. No career growth and opportunities. Management is a hard pass. No trainings, etc. you are on your own. Not a good company to settle with.

If you don't like challenges, this is probably not for you
The good thingsGood colleagues. Typical startup set up. Everything is fast-paced and there's a lot of challenges where your creativity and growth potential will be pushed to the limits.
The challengesIf you take advantage of the company's aggressive stance and opportunities, it will turn out quite well for your career. But if you just want a job that is on cruise control, this is not for you.

    Considerate Colleagues
The good thingsThe management is understanding of the employees' situation. As a working student, I feared that I would struggle working while studying and vice versa, but the management actually helped in easing my fears. I am able to work (full time) and study (full load) without sacrificing the quality of work still required for my position.
The challengesSlow learning and training development. It is only this year that the company focused on including trainings for all employees. Slow, but progressing. Looking forward for the coming months for developments.

Nice colleagues but no career growth opportunities
The good thingsColleagues and bosses are friendly and kind. Product is innovative for AU.
The challengesLack of training. Once you are hired they give you work without telling you exactly what to do unless you ask, since you're using their system it's hard to know what you need to do without instruction. Lack of career growth, there's no trainings or learning opportunities. There's no ladder to climb.

A company not worth your time
The good thingsThe company is a new so there's a lot of room to explore and lead change in the company.
The challengesManagement demands their way to happen. Lack of career growth, they want people from the outside rather than promoting long time employees.

    Never ending change in structure
The good thingsFollow AU timezone which is earlier than the usual office hours in the Philippines
The challengesNo proper training provided. They don't consider tenure and process knowledge as a basis for promotion. They would rather hire managers and supervisors outside than promote their existing employees with their reason being lack of leadership training which they should provide in the first place.
