A special place in my heart.
The good thingsMy experience at RealPage Philippines was exceptional. The salary, benefits, and overall compensation were competitive, especially during the pandemic when I was among the employees permitted to work from home. I had the privilege of working alongside professional, friendly, and helpful coworkers who exemplified what I refer to as an "Alpha Tradition" or "Alpha Mindset." Without a doubt, my years at RealPage Philippines were the best of my professional career. #ALPHA
The challengesNothing, it was the best years of my work experience.

    Not highly recommended company.
The good thingsThe company provides equipment for wfh setup
The challenges1. Compenben do not know what will be the requirements for the HMO specially for the partners who are not married. 2. Management is not micromanagement but they will encourage you on your numbers (sarcastic way) 3. Training is NOT a classroom type setup, you need to learn the process by yourself and with the help of your training buddy. You will have side by side training with your team so different approach/ways on how to complete the task and it's up to you to keep up. 4. No guidelines so good luck on your QA 5. There is a big wall between tenured agents and newbies 6. Position do not align with what your doing, just pure copy paste.

Not a great place to work for the long term
The good thingsHealthcare benefits. That's the only thing good about the company.
The challengesThey laid off long-term employees during the pandemic. Management didn't seem to care about their loyal employees. Growth opportunities are also not available for some teams. Organizational silos need to improve as well.

Good culture, good leadership, good pay. <3
The good thingsTons of opportunities to grow not just in your career but as a person in general. A people-centered workplace <3
The challengesThere were changes, but I view them in a positive way. Change means growth, development and new platform/territory to explore.

    Activating one's potential
The good thingsThe leaders don't micro-manage, rather, they're like coaches who you can approach when you're experiencing difficulties with work. Even my US counterpart, they are more than willing to help, even to the extent that they're overstaying at the office just to resolve any problem that has come up.
The challengesOffice politics is always present in every organization I join in throughout my career. This one is no exception. Whenever I experience pressure from peers or from upper management, I just do my best and deliver, or just roll with the punches they throw at me. At the end of the day, all that matters is the output I produce, which can help building more successes for the company.
