The challengesOffice politics is always present in every organization I join in throughout my career. This one is no exception. Whenever I experience pressure from peers or from upper management, I just do my best and deliver, or just roll with the punches they throw at me. At the end of the day, all that matters is the output I produce, which can help building more successes for the company.
