    Used to be good, but management has been neglectful of employees' needs
    The good thingsThere were perks and company dinners monthly on the first few months but it has been reduced today. There are still incentives for reaching customer satisfaction targets.
    The challengesThe lack of manpower is a big burden to the employees in service channels, there has been no action from the management which is quite disappointing as this is a rising company. A lot of unnecessary activities and exams are also expected of you while doing your job at the same time.

    The challengeslack of manpower, the company focus in service standardization but the number of employees is not standard. every employee have 3 or more different job to do. so if ever your colleague resigns goodluck to you

    The challengesUnfair labor practices, no work life balance, management has no regards for employees, no such thing as restday (because you're still working on rest day and sunday) HR is useless and inefficient.
