It was a good company during Campaigntrack days, no company politics and with care until it was taken over by new management that make it worst.
The good thingsFixed rest day and opportunity to learn if you're newly hired
The challengesManagement always cost saving the employee, always cover up all the negative review with the management. Laid-off Employee yearly. Fake core values!

    Good Environment, Mediocre Management
The good thingsThere are teams that have amazing members and leaders who are an absolute delight to work with. The environment made the day-to-day stress more manageable. The perks and benefits were a good motivation to perform well, though they were removed some years ago.
The challengesThere is a slim chance of getting promoted. It only usually happens when someone of a higher position resigns and that limits the employees' professional development. The salary is not competitive even if the workload is very stressful. The immediate supervisors exert great effort in listening to their subordinates' work-related concerns even though the higher management does not give much priority to employee needs.

    Limited career growth
The good thingsA mostly good environment. You'll interact with a diverse group of people with opposing personalities which makes it fun for the most part. The salary is decent as well. Work well and smart and you'll get a comfortable income. Schedule leaves you with a lot of time to do what you want after work hours (if you're not doing overtime).
The challengesDepending on the team you're in, personal and career growth is very limited. Will be a dead-end job for others. Repetitive work and will get boring very fast. If you're looking for job satisfaction, this is not right company for you. Management is also terrible. Awful communication between management and their teams. Upper management only cares about the numbers that you present.

Great work environment and opportunity but poor management
The good thingsGreat opportunity to test your resilience and grit. Depending on the department you are assigned to, you will probably do more than one thing and that's fine because you'd definitely learn a thing or two. Work environment is pretty great here, everyone is always willing to help one another for the common goal. Managers really take care of their people and it's part of their core values.
The challengesTakes awhile for you to be rewarded even if you're working your butt off day and night. Salary package isn't so competitive but the benefits are pretty good. If you're looking for career progression, I don't think you'd find it here cause people only move up when people leave (which I don't think is a good sign) While management always looks out for its people, sometimes it puts the company best interest at risk. They also didn't anticipate competition and the decline of the market and didn't adapt to it very well despite supposedly being a "technology company"

Not terrible, but not that great either
The good thingsBenefits (HMO, generous amount of VLs and SLs), work and life balance
The challengesOffice politics, lack of communication between team and mgmt in AU, repetitive work. Mgmt will listen to your issues but won't really do anything about it, which leads to a lot of people resigning

    Excellent environment
The good thingsCampaigntrack really cares for its employees. They are open to suggestions and is very transparent with the current status of the company. Head Office is really finding ways to improve the employee's benefits, compensation, and overall experience working in the company.
The challengesManagement still has a lot to work on and a lot of the processes are always being bent to accommodate the needs of the employees which is not always a good thing.
