    Not a school-friendly place for your kid/s.
The good thingsif you find good colleagues then you can survive a school year
The challengesThe supervisors feels like they own the school especially in LEAP Department and Management team, once you oppose on their decision (in which in the first place you are right) they will.give you bad recommendations and very low ratings (even though you did good especially on passing the requirements they need like draft of your quarter exams, etc.).

    Fun working experience
The good thingsReach International School is an outstanding institution that offers a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. It provides abundant opportunities for both students and teachers to grow and excel, while also emphasizing the importance of fun and joyful learning. With its vibrant atmosphere, commitment to inclusivity, and focus on holistic development, Reach International School is an excellent choice for those seeking a high-quality education.
The challengesToo many loads of work, especially when you're too good at your job. Nevertheless, it's manageable.

We are treated like a FAMILY
The good thingsI enjoyed working in RIS. I had the best colleagues and they help me grow as a person and also develop new skills. They have shown their care especially during the time of pandemic. Our school Administrator made sure that no one will be left behind. RIS Family will also be a big part of my life.
The challengesYou will be challenged to also contribute help to other departments especially during school activities. It is satisfying knowing that you were able to extend help to others and to the school.
