    The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed working with my MIS Team, especially the collaboration and problem-solving aspect of the role. It’s fulfilling to work together to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth daily operations. I also appreciate the knowledge sharing within the team, which has helped me grow my technical skills and become more efficient in handling different IT concerns.
    The challengesOne area for improvement is staffing and workload distribution. With limited manpower, tasks can become overwhelming for one person. Providing additional support, along with clearer career growth opportunities and competitive compensation, would help improve productivity and employee retention. Additionally, making leave benefits more accessible rather than earned over time could better support employee well-being.

    The good thingsMy employer is good and has a sense of humor. He is very focus on his company. He is intelligent and a great person. He is religious and has fear to the Lord. His care for all of his subordinates and employees cannot be compared. Though he is not a Filipino, his heart is more than a Filipino. The only thing is that, other employee like me don't have enough benefits like others do.
    The challengesI can say that the company I am working now is not that small, it is big as other companies. But then, we don't have a good accounting system in our office. There's a lot of transaction entering in the company but we still using the old school for our accounting system. It is difficult to generate a good reports.
