    The good thingsGood things with the company is that I learned a lot from them. Especially in handling pressures from superiors and from the task prescribed itself that was given to me. I learned about multi tasking and able to control and manage myself from handing pressures and handling people as well.
    The challengesChallenges I've met was in dealing with problems regarding city taxes, processing permits and attending to some BIR concerns. Handling with my staffs in accounting within may area of responsibility. And of course dealing pressures from bosses as well.

    The challengesFirst is to appraise properly because if you are mistaken, it will hurt your salary. They are deducted immediately if items are found fake or overappraised.

    You have to be flexible as you have more than one function in branch setting
    The good thingsYou get to bond with you colleagues and you get to build and share wonderful memories with them. The management seeks effort to sustain it's manpower and provide good benefits to it's employees. However, salary range is good enough if you are single or just starting a small family.
    The challengesThere are many challenges but you will overcome them if you have the dedication to perform the tasks given you without complaints. Of course, we all do have complaints about our job but your complaints won't help you get things done. So, stop complaining and get yourself working! At the end of the day, you'll see that it's not really bad at all. :)
