My comfort ZoneThe good thingsI was lucky to have been able to work in this company as my very first exposure in human resources. I had a very good working relationship with my HR team and I had a manger who doubled as my mentor. It was a fun and enriching experience that taught me all the basics in Human Resources and built in me the passion to be a better employee to my succeeding employers.
The challengesI guess the most difficult part is the unfavorable compensation package (way back 2007) and given that my needs increased, I had to venture out and find a better-paying company. But apart from that, the company was a good contributor. I was even exposed to a lot of training and development. It more that compensated the lack of sufficient basic pay.
