    So happy working here
    The good thingsI recently got regularized in RCD. I can say that it was a good decision to transfer and work here. I enjoy my workmates, my boss and company events are always fun. Benefits is generous. We receive our 13th mo very early.
    The challengesI can think of a major challenges, maybe few little challenges that are part of the job.

    The good thingsI have nothing else to say but thank you for the opportunities for the past years. I was able to experience developing ERP-like systems. It took us years and yet still not perfect up to this day but Im glad I had the chance to use my knowledge in software and programming.

    The good thingsWorkloads are fine. The management has been very gracious and helpful to us during this crisis. My boss even advised me to go on WFH arrangement since I am 3 months pregnant and risky to go outside because of the virus. I like that working in RCD gave me an opportunity to pursue my degree and now enjoying it.
    The challengesThe new normal is challenging because our moves are limited, we have no choice but to embrace the changes as well as new technological ways in doing our work to hit our targets.

    The good thingsThe moment I arrived at RCD office as an applicant, the employees accommodated me right away. Meeting my co-workers as a new hire was a breeze, they made it easy for me to adjust to their daily norms and with their culture. I like going to work every day.

    Good benefits for the employees
    The good things14th month pay (even during pandemic), monthly rice subsidy, free shuttle, free vitamins, free facemask, HMO, assisted us for our covid19 vaccine, when I got the virus in the office, salary is continuous during quarantine and great assistance in availing SSS compensation benefit when I contracted covid 19 virus.
    The challengesSpaces in our office is small. I hope the company will provide accommodation for the staff so we dont need to travel far.

    The good thingsFree vitamins and facemask every 10 days. Free shuttle. I am very fortunate po because my boss approved for me to work from on my 3rd month of pregnancy to avoid the virus.

    The good thingsI learned the in and out of handling construction and talking to different contractors. My manager gave me his full trust so I can fully function in the sire. I learned a lot of technicalities. Now I can say that I am ready to fulfill my parent's dream of becoming a full pledge contractor and handle our own projects.
    The challengesMahirap makibagay sa mga ibat ibang laborers lalo na pag subcon lang. You have to have long patience when dealing with the workers at the site.

    The challengesThere are times that the workload felt heavy probably because of how RCD wants to maintain the stability and efficiency of the company. Overall, heavy workload can sometimes be inevitable in a reputable and efficient company. Its all about personally managing your time and keeping your work habits healthy.
