    Good company for those looking to settle, not really for a first job.
    The good thingsCulture is open and welcoming. Work load is appropriate for the role. Feedback is constructive, only need to initiate.
    The challengesA hybrid set-up is preferred against the current set-up of full onsite. Age of coworkers against mine are vastly different, would prefer if there was more younger colleagues. It would be preferred if allowances were provided in the already generous compensation structure!

    The good thingsThere’s a lot to mention but the highlight is the experience, good peers, benefits and schedule.
    The challengesMaybe the only challenge that I did not enjoy is the location of the company. Commuting in Makati is hard.
