    I'm very much thankful to be exposed to field works where opportunities and growth are everywhere and, communication and teamwork are given by each trade contractors to be able to deliver great outcome on each big projects I have been.
    The good thingsThe benefits and perks are good. Got no problem on receiving of salary because its either few days early or right on time. There are lots activities and events held to enhance each individual and give enjoyment.
    The challengesLack of technical support on sites. As project engineer it is greatly necessary to have a computer and printer for us to be able to do our report's and tons of document paperz.

    The good thingsIn working in a competitive company it is really difficult to handle some of my responsibilities however my boss was eager to help me to do my job well and by that I was inspired to cooperate and develop helping strategies to the company.

    The good thingsGenerally employees were easy to work with and there was a familial air within the organization.
    The challengesHaving to translate the owners ever changing directives in a specific writing style was very difficult. The changing ideas was manageable but having to write it in his specific style was the challenge. My English has been rated excellent but he does not seem to understand my writing style.

    My Actual Work Experience
    The good thingsSalary is always on time. Monthly birthday celebrations for celebrants with \"ampao\". I was given enough freedom to decide on company matters. Mid year and year end bonus for everyone. Team building and company outing every year.
    The challengesIt could be better if I were given a higher salary. Include immediate family members on the medical incentives. Salary should be automatic prior to regularization. Should be paid extra for out of town trips. Increase in food and accommodation budget during out of town trips.
