    The good thingsThe co- workers here are the best. They're so amiable and very happy persons. Stress in work can be lessen just walking towards them with there smiles and humility. People in the production area understand and work well with other creating a great team solving non conformance in the project.
    The challengesHuman Resource here has poor management of people. Trainings and seminar are mostly open to upper management people. Salary for an engineer like me is not competitive compare to other company/ plants. You have to render a lot of overtime just to suffice your needed network.

    The good thingsI am only an OJT (on the job trainee) for the school completing requirements and a graduating student. But they give me the best knowledge I can have to learn in experiencing the real nature of my course. In that company they taught me how to operate the machines manually and automatically. I have adopt and apply it out to the previous companies I worked thanks to them it's been a pleasure.
