Healthy culture for MillenialsThe good thingsThe management is very supportive and considerate and they offer a permanent work from anywhere setup. They do require us to report onsite for social gatherings or courtesy visits at times so the frequency to travel is around 3-4 times in a month at most.
The challengesOnce you are able to identify your roles and responsibility, you'll be the one to assign workloads for yourself and you would also be the one to decide your professional progression. They do not micromanage team members which is a good thing, but sometimes you would find it hard to identify activities for your career growth on your own.
