    The good thingsMy experience with Radius Telecoms Inc was very valuable—it’s a very results-driven company, and it helped me grow as a leader. At this stage, I’m looking for an environment that balances strong performance with coaching and development, where I can continue to grow and also support my team better. -14th Month Pay - Medical - VL and Sl coversions
    The challengesNot yet as mature as major telcos Risk of: Network strain as subscribers grow Operational growing pains Management are not taking risk to grow. Management is too relax and weak , always abroad. Sales Head is weak. Same same motivational speech in events... but not leading by example.

    There is a work life balance
    The good thingsThere is a work life balance. Great benefits even for probationary employees. The company greatly invest in new technologies. Requesting a budget for new projects is lenient. There is a lot of food choices (cafeteria, fast food up to fine dining) around building premises.
    The challengesProcesses needs to be improved. The facilities needs to be improved (Own workstation cubicles are for higher ups only. The rest are working in a long table with no divider). No retirement pay.

    Poor People Management
    The good thingsFlexible in terms of overtime. Free breakfast every month. Allows opportunity to employees with ambition by offering jobs internally.
    The challengesImprove people management and not micro manage staff, also appreciate good work but also motivate low performer. Need proper transition of responsibility for new comers. Should abide the law by no long practicing contractualization. Consider project testing before live implementation. And lastly practice open communication.

    The good thingsThe management is very good in terms of employee relations and the almost all of the people are very friendly and fun to be working and having a great time inside and outside the company halls.The president is always present and will always talk to you
    The challengesThe trafffic within the area is freaking bad and the pay is a bit to be challenged since the starting bay is only one grade above the minimum wage. In addition, the release of the pay is delayed and the process of getting the money is another headache.
