    Safe and secure work environment
    The good thingsThe management were effective enough to provide their employees a favorable work conditions, benefits and equipped us to be train in an aspects needed. The work environment is healthy and safe. Proper clean uniforms. Meals and Health benefits are considered and well taken cared of. Free airline ticker for an 18 months contract on top of that vacation leaved are paid.
    The challengesWhen recession and blockade happen, the revenue of the hotel got really affected i think that might be the reason as well why bonuses stop during the later times i have been worked there.

    The good thingsThe management provides training on staff to improve skills on guest satisfaction. They took good care of staff by giving safe working and living environment. The best thing is every end of the year they give bonuses according to their job performance.
    The challengesThe management should continue to provide training regarding guest satisfaction and safety. They should also support and invest on the Engineering Energy conservation program financially and training/seminar on awareness in conserving the energy.

    The challengesWe experience different forms of challenges however there is no other choice but to step up, do your best even if it gets hard you need to push yourself and a whole lot of patience.
