    Great Place to learn and grow with a fun.
    The good thingsThe people around me as they make the work environment fun, it still feels manageable and helps me unwind even when things get stressful. One big plus also is the Granted leave aside from VL and SL.
    The challengesThe challenges sometimes is the need to support even outside duty hours but still varies depending on the role.

    The challengesAs a credit investigator, the most challenging aspect for me is striking a balance between objectivity and empathy when interacting with clients. Also, the quality of investigation directly affects credit decisions, making accuracy and integrity very important.

    The good thingsI’m really impressed with RFC as an employer. They offer additional leave benefits which clearly shows they value work-life balance. The salary is well-aligned with each employee’s skills and capacity, making it motivating to grow and contribute. Everyone is supportive, and it truly feels like a great place to work. Overall, RFC is not just about financing but also about genuinely valuing their team. Highly recommended!

    The challengesOne thing I've not enjoy working here because of our new system, even we have a system the top management always asking a report and our time use for reporting. Also our competitors is increasing and we cannot compete some financing in term of miscellaneous deduction and most of our client did not proceeds due to that deduction.

    The good thingsOne of the best training ground when it comes to working under pressure/stress environment. Entertaining concerns of branch personnels could really enhance also your communication skills verbally and written. Compensation package is ideal for fresh grads w/o experience.
    The challengesNo personal/professional development trainings. Workload should match to salary rate. Other colleagues were not professional enough. Not preferred to individuals seeking career growth and job security.

    The good thingsGood source of beginner's experience in corporate world. Mandatory overtime work was removed so more time for family and friends.
    The challengesChange of management from people who made this company great to bonobos who have no idea on what they are doing. All existing benefits were removed for cost cutting.
