    It was great and fun experience working with this cmpany.
    The good thingsI enjoyed because of learning they have provided which I developed some of my traits for myself to become a better manager. They also take care of their employee by giving the right compensation and good benefits. They also make sure to give proper training to all their employee in which they usually set refresher course.
    The challengesThey have provided personnel appraisal every quarter which has challenges every employee that they have. With this, all employee are performing well and are giving their best.
